Cap Corse rouge

Cap Corse is an Corsican aperitive that has existed for more than 150 years - 15%

It is made from a base wine of Vermentino and Muscat, with subsequent additional macerations of herbs, spices, the local citron fruit, and cinchona bark.

Spicier, the red variety is a more typical quinquina-based drink. It has a drier bitter flavour however rounded on the palate and offset with notes of other ingredients, in particular, cocoa and vanilla. A cleverly balanced rounded and smooth recipe.
